CEO and Executive Director
Joseph is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of strategic management experience, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region. His expertise spans operations, change management, and financial systems, including leveraged buyouts and debt financing. Joseph as a proven track record of accelerating business growth, having achieve a fivefold increase in organic revenue and profit at the peak of his career. He has previously held the role of CEO at Amanda Foods.

Managing Director ACS/APS
Michael is an experienced business leader with a strong background in management and engineering. He graduated from the University of Western Sydney with a Diploma in Business Management in 2000. Michael has over 15 years of experience in planning, designing, and delivering pharmaceutical facilities, across Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Romania.

Production Manager ACS
Martina has been working in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and medical device industry for 30 years+. Martina has previously held roles of general manager, operations and quality manager roles across small to large companies. She has qualifications in analytical chemistry and holds an MBA.

Danielle has over 24 years of experience in procurement management, she has a strong background in project management, planning and systems. Danielle has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in procurement and has worked with both domestic and international suppliers.

Jacqui is an accomplished human resource and payroll principal with 25 years + experience across diverse industries, including hospitality, engineering and no-for-profit sectors. Jacqui holds a Diploma of Human Resources and a Certificate IV in Accounting from the Australian College of Commerce and Management.

Kathleen is an experienced accounting professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, reporting, financial analysis, forecasting and compliance. She has previously held roles with large ASX listed and financial services companies. Kathleen holds her CPA and a Bachelor Business (Accounting).
